Basically, I need to paraphrase the sentence using the word in the bracket.

=I asked Susie, for whom I have a great deal of respect.
4.Naomi is the girl who lent me a ruler during the exam. (WHOSE)
Naomi is the girl whose ruler lent me during the exam.
=Naomi is the girl whose ruler I borrowed during the exam.
5.My grandmother is the person I most admire. (LOOK)
The person who I most look up to my grandmother.
=The person who I most look up to is my grandmother.
6. His parents said he was a disappointment to them and they expected his behavior to improve. (DOWN)
=His parents said he had let them down and they expected his behavior to improve.

INCORRECT >> 1, 4
PS: Q3 is a strange sentence to begin with.

たぶんですが、ひろさんが言っているALMOST CORRECTの問題の答えはこうじゃないかと思います。
Q3. “for” が欠けている
Q5. “is” が欠けている。
ひろさんが答えを書いていないので、自分で考えて答えを見つけてほしいというひろさんの意図を邪魔しないようにしました。助けになれば幸いです。

I think your revised answers are correct. But I am not 100% confident about Q3. Your answer is grammatically correct, but semantically different from the original sentence. Please let us know whether your revised answers were correct.
